BIOCRUCIBLE is looking for employees for positions:
cost accountant
Responsibility
- this role will also include some management accounts tasks to support the Senior Management Accountant
- full responsibility for the set up, management and reporting of costings and variances in a job based costings environment
- support the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts for Flexotronix
- biocrucible are hiring a Cost Accountant to support the management team with setting up of cost accounting and on going variance analysis, and reporting for both UK entities within the Sapphiros group
- support of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable controls for Flexotronix
- calculation of staff hours to be assigned to each project
- ensure we are accurately capturing inventory values correctly including raw materials and WIP and drive improvements in this area
- active involvement in the implementation of a new ERP system, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central at 2 sites in relation to Cost Accounting and best practice process development
Requirements
- excellent analytic, communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail with ability to think strategically
- ability to work individually or in a team environment
- experience of working with grants and project reporting
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience
