Responsibility

  • oversee and manage contracts with our 3PLs
  • maintain, update and improve ISO 13485 QMS for the company to ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external standards
  • hands-on management of all group companies’ logistics, including arrangement of shipping of orders
  • processing of all group companies’ Purchase Orders
  • co-ordinate the programme of review meetings and audits including management of actions arising from such to ensure effective close out
  • manage and maintain a robust system to record and close out corrective actions arising from internal and external audits
  • keeping tabs on the progress including outages of all current shipments
  • support the CEO, the MD and the wider team in the investigation and reporting of serious complaints and incidents

Requirements

  • logistics, Business Administration or Operations management: 4 years
  • quality Management Systems: 2 years
  • cosmetics/pharmaceutical/OTC: 2 years
