- experience of managing projects and staff members in a design led consultancy beneficial
- experience of Civil Engineering conceptual design and excellent understanding of Structural Engineering principles with demonstrable experience of structural design essential
- be a professional member of or working towards Chartership but currently hold Incorporate membership of an accredited Engineering related institution such as Institution of Civil Engineers or Institution of Structural Engineers
- experience of using designed based software. BRP currently use CADS suite , Tekla TEDDS, TEKLA Structural Designer, TEKLA Structures and SCALE
