A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a commercial environment
must hold valid CSCS Card
be able to work to a high level of quality with a range of different materials

valid UK Driving license and vehicle
ability to work evenings and weekends when required
customer focused individual with a proactive approach to working
painting and Decoration: 3 years
carpentry: 3 years
ability to work on own initiative and or as part of a team
ability to work safely at all times and Health & Safety requirements/regulations
general Multi-trade: 3 years
be able to take instructions
