Responsibility
supporting key account management on the large customers and managing smaller key accounts
providing administrative support for all members of the Commercial Team up to and including Director level
support Sales/Development teams with administrative tasks as required – including data analysis, sales and margin management and other assessments
fielding telephone calls, and managing and dealing with customer requests and briefs
co-ordinating/supporting visits/meetings held both on-site and off-site
Requirements
previous experience working within a customer orientated role is preferred
excellent telephone manner
excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands and manage time effectively, responding to queries promptly
excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing and proof reading skills
ability to work on your own initiative
demonstrates a positive attitude and is customer focused ensuring that the needs of our customers are maintained and managed appropriately
high level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative/sales support role
