- create and manage external suppliers to develop the necessary creative assets for the business across web, social and print

- create and optimise landing pages and email campaigns
- ● SEO. Support SEO activity for the business, including copywriting, reviewing content and regular manual on-page optimisations
- manage digital marketing tools and platforms
- ● Social Media. Create, manage, review and signoff ongoing social media content and build out campaigns in-line with a defined marketing plan to generate a positive ROI while growing social channels
- ● Email Marketing/SMS Marketing
- create engaging new content for various platforms including video, web, blogs, newsletters, social media, emails, and brochures –particularly photo and video production
- create and deliver email and SMS campaigns for different target audiences, as well as internal communications to staff and franchisees
- ● Website Management. Support the day-to-day activity for the company website. Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and external agencies to implement, test and refine ongoing web development and SEO projects
- copywrite content, manage email templates for assets and automation projects, and analyse and report on campaign success
- ● Paid Media. Work collaboratively alongside our digital media agencies, where applicable, to deliver successful paid media campaigns across search and social media platforms
- ● Analytics & Research
- ● PR. Work alongside our Digital PR agency, actioning requests from journalists and potential affiliates to build positive brand sentiment for the business, alongside reviewing digital PR campaigns and signing off reactive quotes
- undertake competitive analysis and market research to determine market trends
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- strong analytical skills
- excellent communication skills

- you will have previous experience within a Digital Marketing role including demonstrable experience of generating and managing digital marketing activity
- A thorough understanding of SEO best practise and principles
- familiarity with digital marketing tools
- A passion for digital marketing, keeping up to date with the latest trends
- ● Analytical. Be analytical, track, report and making recommendations on campaign activity. Proven skills in using Google Analytics are essential
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- marketing: 2 years
- ● Strong team-working ability - Proactively and constructively work alongside Head Office Teams, Agencies and Driving Instructors
- ● Strong organisation skills and multitasking abilities - Keeping track of multiple regional digital marketing campaigns, with both care and efficiency
- ● Website Management. Previous experience working on website development projects which have increased sales. HTML or coding skills are not necessary; however, they are advantageous
