Responsibility

  • making note of internal utilisation and ensuring that teams are fully utilised before we look to bring a freelancer in
  • managing freelance book, proactively chatting to freelancers if we think that there will be a busy period coming up
  • helping to open internal job codes for training / pitch work for example
  • LOCATION: London - Hybrid working, in the office a minimum of 6 times per month
  • adding holiday requests into our project tracking system for visibility
  • HOURS: 37.5 per week
  • running our weekly resource surgery with Project Managers and our Operations Director, making note of any potential clashes and solving any upcoming resource issues as efficiently as possible
  • TEAM: Operations

Requirements

  • previous experience of working in a digital agency is essential
  • A proven track record of being responsible for either multiple departments / the entire agency’s resource requests
  • thorough understanding of balancing project needs with commercial needs
  • ability to problem solve effectively and think outside the box with solutions
  • willingness to help with any task, even if it is outside of the normal role
  • natural desire to help people and build strong relationships with not only senior management but every level
  • an eye for detail
