- busy, high-volume & fast paced kitchen
- candidates must have some quick-service/fast-food kitchen supervisory experience
- outstanding customer service skill required too
- applicants must be available to work weekends, daytime, evenings & holidays

- duties involve supervising shifts and man managing the on-shift team, maintaining & managing high standards of kitchen hygiene, customer service and paperwork as well as ensuring all company SOP's are being followed
- kitchen tasks include hand stretching fresh pizza dough, cooking smash burgers & fried sides to order, dressing & finishing pizzas to order, following, completing & managing kitchen checklists, cleaning schedules, basic food prep and cooking and keeping kitchen records up to date
