  • adept in handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, collection of supplies and general odd jobs
  • proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
  • own tools
  • knowledge of basic plumbing, and carpentry repairs
  • full UK driving licence
  • ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
