- develop and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and support customer retention efforts
- monitor competition
- analyse marketing metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- through marketing, drive lead generation and help with customer retention activities working in close collaboration with both sales and operations
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or a related field
- an effective leader who can inspire and guide the marketing team
- well versed in various digital marketing channels including social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing and data analytics
- proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across different platforms, with a focus on driving measurable results
