  • we want to be the leading UK Soft Play group for offering such a wide range of events
  • you will continue to exceed your site’s KPIs and maintain the company standards while following company guidelines and procedures
  • most importantly you will represent Big Fun in the most professional manner
  • customer Service
  • established over 15 years ago as a Children’s Soft Play Centre, Big Fun has grown to provide a wide range of offerings to our customers in addition to Daytime Play, including Teen Nights, Adult Nights and Private Hires
  • maintain customer retention by providing first class service
  • deal with enquiries and complaints, and resolving the issue/request in line with Head office requirements
