- to attend departmental meetings as required
- preparing quick service food items at various events such as Bongos Bingo
- always comply with all statutory and legal requirements, including Food Safety, Fire, Health and Safety, licensing, and employment
- A good level of understanding of the operational duties within the Kitchen environment
- able to act in a calm and professional manner
- A good understanding of HAACP principles
- ability to work well under pressure and to time constraints
- maintaining a high level of food service standards as set out by the F&B Manager
Requirements
- must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Food Safety qualification
- experience in a similar role or relevant experience
- must have knowledge in kitchen hygiene and kitchen working practices
- must be flexible and adaptable to change, in line with business needs
- available to work daytimes and evenings including weekends and bank holidays
- kitchen: 1 year
