Responsibility
- deal with engineers both face to face and via phone/email communications
- raise repairs via email/phone
- record engineer absence and annual leave on the job management system
- reschedule jobs in the event of an unplanned absence of an engineer
- communicate any changes / updates directly with the affected customers and staff members concerned
- monitor and managing engineers’ diaries to maximise productivity

- dispatch engineers in line with customer required kpi’s and completed by target dates
Requirements
- proven previous experience in a resourcing/scheduling role, preferably in the Automatic Door/Industrial door industry
- job Logic Management Software
- able to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- able to operate in a changing and evolving environment and enjoy the challenge
- have an organised approach to work and time management
- be a team player by understanding what it is to be part of a team sharing experiences and learning
- be able to self-manage and be self-motivated, prioritising work and have a desire to solve problems and eliminate waste
- possess interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels in a professional manner being able to challenge and be challenged
