Responsibility
- the main focus for this position is creating new sales leads through a mixture of reactive and pro-active sales activity
- qualifying the lead, building relationships, managing and monitoring the CRM system and strong account management are key to the role
- the sales executive role will be responsible for promoting Bien Venue to new clients

- this is a varied role combining supporting the growth of clients and identifying new opportunities with lapsed or potential clients
- bien Venue is a dynamic and creative Events Management company based in Poynton, Cheshire, and we currently have a gap in our team for a forward thinking, pro-active Sales Executive
- you will be working with SLAs, KPIs and the CRM system
- support the Director of Client Services and Marketing Team by reviewing Social Media for client activity
- generate new business revenue, by being accountable and take ownership for the enquiries that you are working on
- promote and introduce Bien Venues services to potential new clients
- working closely with the wider client services team to ensure the clients expectations are exceeded and the required follow ups are in place to convert the lead
- re-engage with lapsed clients on Bien Venue and our portfolio of services
- acting consultative, ensuring you are adding value to the clients enquiry lifecycle
- pro-actively research, connect with and communicate with any current sales database clients, and lapsed clients. Promoting, re-engaging, and introducing Bien Venue and our services
- research potential new clients, actively participating in sales blitz call days and supporting in other pro-active sales activities
- ensuring CRM is kept up-to-date, accurate and used on a day-to-day basis
- qualify new enquiries or leads while building rapport with the client
- as part of the client services team, this role’s main objective is to deliver A\* service to all clients, exceed client expectations and provide a professional consultative approach to supporting our clients
- source suitable, relevant venues throughout the UK and worldwide including Wild Cards and ensuring all proposals are A\* and exceed the client brief
- support the Director of Client Services with preparing tender responses
- attending networking events and other industry events to promote Bien Venue and generate leads
