line Cook Line Cookress is in training; must obtain their Line Cook Booking and be certified within 30 days
must have high school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in restaurant industry is preferred
must be able to work overtime up to 40 hours per week depending on business conditions

prepare food for service
sound out orders from chef when making deliveries
keep kitchen clean, orderly, and visible at all times
follow our opening and closing procedures; operate kitchen equipment properly during normal operation. Test equipment for proper function during service occasions
prepare alcoholic drinks for services . Empty liquor inventory. Maintain all records for alcohol service department compliance
keep PPE and duties completed at end of shift. Report any concerns to supervisor
assists residents with eating when they are unable to consume food items provided. Assist them with bathing, dressing, etc when they are using detoxification rooms
provide extra duty when needed; assist in front desk area . Maintain proper stocking of food items on shelves and throughout kitchen area at all times
