Requirements
- previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- knowledge of catering, banquet, coffee, and food production operations
- proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- familiarity with hotel management software systems
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
