- basic computer skills for inventory or dispatch systems
- receiving Deliveries: Unload and check incoming goods for accuracy and quality; match delivery dockets with purchase orders
- store Management: Organize and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse; ensure all products are correctly labelled and stored
- stock Control: Perform regular stocktakes, cycle counts, and assist with inventory audits; report discrepancies or low stock to management
- dispatch & Logistics: Prepare items for courier or freight collection; generate packing slips and assist with shipment tracking
- coordination: Work closely with the office team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
- general Warehouse Duties: Operate forklifts or other equipment , manage waste and recycling, and follow health and safety procedures
- picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to picking slips and ensure goods are prepared for dispatch in a timely manner
