  • have experience in managing & developing subordinate staff
  • have full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production & presentation standards
  • have experience in preparing dishes from fresh ingredients across brunch, lunch & dinner in a variety of culinary styles
  • have a desire to want to learn & develop & contribute to kitchen development
  • have good time management & understanding of dish preparation & delivery
  • be able to maintain a safe & hygienic kitchen environment & adhere to culinary standards & regulations
