Requirements

- CIPD Level 3 qualified
- experience in advising on complex ER matters
- strong attention to detail is critical for this position
- experience in leading HR projects
- some employment law knowledge would be desirable but a willingness to undergo continuous learning & development is essential
- HR legislative understanding
Responsibility
- preparing documents such as contracts of employment, policies, procedures guidance documents and template letters
- ensuring our suite of templates that clients can access on our portal are up to date, legally compliant and on-brand
- to support the development of HR-related processes and procedures providing advice and support to all stakeholders
- proactively work with Line Managers on employee relations cases; disciplinary and grievance, performance issues, absence management, etc
