  • salary up to £40,000 OTE
  • 2+ years in an advisor position
  • preparing documents such as contracts of employment, policies, procedures and letters and other documents

Requirements

  • up to date knowledge of HR practice and preferably also employment law from recruitment to termination
  • practical experience of managing HR issues throughout the employee lifecycle
  • keen to offer practical and cost-effective solutions to meet our clients’ needs
  • an excellent communicator able to tailor their style accordingly to suit people from different cultures and backgrounds
  • willing to participate in the firm’s business development activities
  • willing to deliver presentations and training
  • possess excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate
  • HR: 2 years
