Responsibility
- develop and implement an effective compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
- monitor and review company operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
- investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, including conducting internal investigations as needed
- stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in new initiatives or projects
- prepare reports on compliance activities for management and regulatory agencies as required
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or law
- proven experience working in a compliance role, preferably in a regulated industry
- strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential compliance risks
- strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
