  • bakers and flour confectioners prepare and bake dough, Muffin, pastry, and cake mixtures and make and finish flour confectionary products by hand according to the recipe
  • estimate expected food consumption levels and organise preparation to meet demand with minimal wastage, Operates and maintains all kitchen appliances to ensure an efficient and safe working environment for all staff members.Maintains the cleanliness of all food preparation areas to the standards determined by law and organisation policy
