Responsibility
- operate Mitutoyo CMM Machines using MCOSMOS V3, both on-line and off-line
- use a range of inspection equipment to ensure dimensional, mechanical, and visual characteristics of each component adhere to drawing specifications
- must be capable and willing to do all aspects of Metrology
- work within defined Health and Safety guidelines
- produce non-conformance reporting
- ensure traceability of all components and paperwork
- maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping
Requirements
- solid background of mechanical inspection equipment / hand tools and understanding of GD&T
- excellent understanding of drawing interpretation, calibration, dimensional and visual inspection
- A team player who will work well in our supportive team environment
- excellent computer and numerical skills
- flexible approach with the ability to follow detailed instructions
- A pro-active and self-motivated individual
- coordinate Measuring Machine Software: 3 years
