- A strong clinician with outstanding skills taking responsibility for certain areas of the home, including Audit and Compliance

- leading a shift ensuring that the workload is shared evenly between the team
- supporting the team to deliver personal care to residents and monitoring clinical needs such as skin breakdown and weight loss
- deliver medication safely to our residents
- to attend weekly clinical risk meetings contributing to solutions to weight loss, wound healing and supporting well being of our residents
- delivering person-centred care working closely with each resident, carrying out assessments, where you’ll develop and implement care plans for each of our residents that helps each person to live a fuller life
- carry out Supervision and Appraisals to care staff, given feedback and encouragement
- you’ll provide the very best levels of clinical care, make sure that all procedures are carried out to the highest of standards and optimising the wellbeing of every resident
- to participate in fire drills and take these seriously
- to attend and participate in team meetings and complete all mandatory training
- we adhere to all current COVID guidelines
Requirements
- encourage all team members to maintain independence and dignity to our residents
- experience in caring for those living with dementia
- you must be able to reliably commute to the care home- we don't offer relocation packages
