Responsibility

  • identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to expand BetterOasis' customer base
  • collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients
  • represent BetterOasis at industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and build brand awareness
  • monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the social and healthcare industry, including hospitals, local authorities, care homes and healthcare providers etc
