monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the social and healthcare industry, including hospitals, local authorities, care homes and healthcare providers etc
