Requirements
previous sales experience within the furniture industry would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
previous experience of working within a phone based/ office environment
clear and professional communication skills both verbally and written
the ability to plan, organise and manage your own work schedule
excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills with customers and suppliers
ability to adapt to new procedures and processes as required
this is a customer-facing role, so you will need to be comfortable speaking face-to-face with customers in our showroom and on the phone regarding their kitchen orders
