- better Homes Build Limited is looking for a Maintenance Manager to look after all aspects of our services and provide diligent and exceptional service to all our clients
- discussing maintenance concerns with the employer and communicating these to Maintenance Workers
- you must show professionalism in your dealings with all clients, whilst ensuring all our maintenance services are provided to meet the clients’expectations
- performing minor on-site repairs
- scheduling contractors for major repairs as required
- staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs
- developing maintenance budgets, hiring maintenance crew and negotiating vendor contracts
