Responsibility
- conducting surveys, scoping projects, and preparing detailed project plans

Requirements
- previous experience as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of building project management and surveying processes
- excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- proficiency in using IT management systems
- familiarity with health, safety, and company policies related to construction projects
- demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
