Responsibility
- prepare and cook high-quality Indochinese, South Indian, and Gujrati cuisine dishes
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- monitor and maintain stock levels of food and kitchen supplies
- collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and ensure that dishes are prepared to the required standard
- ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner, in accordance with food safety regulations
- provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery/Culinary
- UKVI-IELTS-level B1
- minimum of 2 years of experience working in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- good communication skills
- knowledge and experience of Indochinese, South Indian, and Gujrati cuisine
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
