BESPOKE HR is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

Responsibility

  • painter Decorator // Monday to Friday // 42.5 hours per week // £30-35k per annum
  • perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
  • respond to maintenance requests from employees or tenants, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely completion
  • coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or maintenance work
  • keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and maintenance schedules
  • apply paint or other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces following established guidelines
  • repair or patch damaged walls, drywall, or other surfaces prior to painting
  • follow health and safety guidelines and regulations when performing repairs, maintenance, or painting tasks

Requirements

  • experience in a similar role which includes painting and decorating, basic electrics, plumbing and other general handyman tasks
  • exceptionally well organized, detail-oriented, punctual and systems-oriented
  • hands on and proactive
  • eye for detail
  • able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure, exciting, international environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • facilities maintenance: 2 years
