Responsibility
- maintain organized project files, accurately record orders, and adhere to company protocols
- coordinate with the production and installation teams, ensuring seamless project execution
- proficiently use an iPhone for professional communication, project tracking, and on-site updates
- place and track orders for all project materials and appliances, maintaining close contact with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery
- follow up post-installation to confirm clients are completely satisfied with the final results
