Requirements
- you will be required to work towards QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People
- at Bespoke Care Group Limited, all care staff work on a rota system that includes days, waking-nights, sleep-ins and weekends

- you will be QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People, be willing to work towards achieving the QCF Level 4 in Children and Young People and the Registered Managers Award
- you will have experience in meeting the safeguarding needs of vulnerable people, have a proven track record in maintaining a safe living and working environment, be able to demonstrate that you can adhere to all policies and procedures as set out by an employer
- you will be a team player with a strong personality and be enthusiastic and passionate about providing a high standard of quality care which meets individual young people’s needs while being a positive role-model to support others to make positive life-choices
- residential Childcare: 1 year
- youth Residential Care: 1 year
