Responsibility
- design, maintain and monitor clients’ social media profiles
- create content calendars for all social clients
- craft engaging posts, including video, in a creative way that demand attention
- optimise content for intended platform and research & refine audience
- help to develop and execute a cohesive paid social media service for our clients
- help to run community management on accounts
- work with clients and our internal team to devise & deliver engaging and results- driven social media content that meets client objectives
- help to communicate with social media clients on their account, occasionally out of hours in emergency situations
Requirements
- track record in planning and delivering social content
- ability to think strategically and develop social media strategies
- strong experience of executing paid social media campaigns
- ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- willingness to be 'on call' for our clients out of hours when social media emergencies arise
- A highly organised, enthusiastic and positive approach
- strong copywriting and presentation skills
