Responsibility

  • project Coordinator

  • day to day office support as identified in key tasks below
  • to be the coordinator for key established projects
  • managing the maintenance of all business office services
  • to provide business support to the Managing Director and two Heads of Department
  • review company policies and procedures and update where necessary with legislation changes
  • to carry out an element of shipping, importing and exporting

Requirements

  • highly customer focused both internal and external
  • great attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A problem-solving approach to work and the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing workloads
  • excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at senior level
  • maintain awareness of ISO9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards and operating procedures
