- due to our continuous growth, we are looking for the perfect person to join our office team
- ensuring purchase orders are entered in a timely accurate manner
- coordinate with other areas of the business regarding goods in and out
- the remaining 10% will be allocated to Sales ledgers, primarily during holiday seasons and in instances of absence
- prioritising the importance of workload
- are you a skilled Office 360 Administrator who excels at multitasking and can handle the demands of a fast-paced setting?
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- experience with Purchase Ledger and processing supplier payments
- familiarity with sales ledger
- experience in placing and receiving orders
- skills in scheduling deliveries
- strong communication skills to liaise with our customers, wholesalers, and manufacturers
- knowledge of Sage and SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given
