  • due to our continuous growth, we are looking for the perfect person to join our office team
  • ensuring purchase orders are entered in a timely accurate manner
  • coordinate with other areas of the business regarding goods in and out
  • the remaining 10% will be allocated to Sales ledgers, primarily during holiday seasons and in instances of absence
  • prioritising the importance of workload
  • are you a skilled Office 360 Administrator who excels at multitasking and can handle the demands of a fast-paced setting?

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • experience with Purchase Ledger and processing supplier payments
  • familiarity with sales ledger
  • experience in placing and receiving orders
  • skills in scheduling deliveries
  • strong communication skills to liaise with our customers, wholesalers, and manufacturers
  • knowledge of Sage and SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given
