Responsibility
- we are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses for a number of openings in Cambridge Area
- provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures
- as a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients
- collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- your dedication, clinical expertise, and compassionate nature will contribute to enhancing their overall well-being and ensuring optimal healthcare outcomes
- assess patient conditions, identify changes or deterioration, and take appropriate action, including notifying the healthcare team
- maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
Requirements
- valid nursing license and registration in the appropriate jurisdiction
- proven experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar clinical setting is preferred
- strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in performing nursing procedures
- nursing: 1 year
Education
- bachelor's or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- current CPR certification
- additional certifications or specialization in specific areas of nursing are advantageous
