Requirements

• at least two years of reception experience in a five-star property- hotel, hospitality, leisure, or medical is ideal
• be friendly, approachable, outgoing with a strong desire to delight our patients
• willing to learn about treatments and attend training alongside therapists to ensure exceptional treatment knowledge

• strong IT skills - the role requires the use of Microsoft packages as well as sector-specific software. We operate a paperless clinic so IT is integral to all aspects of our operations
• highly organised and prepared to take on additional duties to ensure the proper running of the clinic which will include opening the clinic, ensuring the clinic is ready for patients & therapists, diary management, cash management, and general organisation to ensure presentation standards are maintained
