Responsibility

  • responsibility for maintaining profit and cash flow forecasts for sites within the St George North London portfolio
  • responsibility for financial control and reporting at a company level
  • working closely with project management teams to ensure changes in commercial circumstances are modelled in company forecasts
  • reviewing project information for financial integrity and alignment with business expectations
  • responsibility for reviewing and updating the company balance sheet and accounting ledger, working closely with the Assistant Accountant
  • working with the wider finance team to deliver improvement in management information reporting
  • production of detailed monthly financial packs for the Board of Directors
  • production of monthly management accounts, management reports and board reports
