  • setting warranty reduction targets to meet Bentley and VW Group incidence and cost goals
  • forecasting the company warranty budget provisions for financial Planning Rounds
  • ensuring the FAP process is kept up to date with the current business requirements
  • ensuring the field quality improvement targets for cost and incidence are achieved by appropriate use of the FAP and escalation forums
  • identifying where improvement plans are not on course to be achieved and taking suitable actions to bring them back on course
