  • oversee all phases of the construction project from start to finish
  • the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client’s construction project from start to finish
  • oversee all subcontractor work from bid to closeout
  • the ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, project management, and/or construction oversight
  • review all bids and submittals for accuracy and completeness
  • review all subcontractor invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • the ideal candidate will be a team player who can think on their feet and work with a variety of personalities
