Responsibility
booking in smaller job works and liaising with Routing Manager to ensure jobs are accurately recorded and so free up time for job scope and requirements to be checked thoroughly prior dispatch
auction / project / relocation works, with the support of colleagues the new entrant can learn this process and then liaise with customers to ensure the correct information is gathered and correct paperwork is acquired to allow swiftly dispatch
reporting to the Operations Director to provide administration and customer service support including answering incoming phone calls and emails, dealing with enquiries/job requests/admin tasks/quotations; ensuring paperwork is generated in a timely and efficient manner to maintain the continued growth of the company, and high demands of our client base
