Responsibility
- job Title: Production Manager – Joinery and CNC
- reports to: Production Director
- key Relationships: Managing Director, Production Director, Operations Director, Finance Director, Design Director, Account Managers, and other staff
- to ensure all jobs are picked correctly and ready for despatch
- job Purpose: To implement the Company’s operational strategy ensuring cost effective use of labour. To ensure products and projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the customers’ satisfaction
- to ensure the weekly order delivery schedule is run in advance to allow product and components to be pulled through the factory ready for final assembly, packing and despatch on time and to schedule
- to issue to Accounts a weekly schedule of alldeliveries made recording the cost to the Company and what has been charged to the Customer
- to ensure all company vehicles are maintained and run in accordance with both the manufacturer’s recommendations and Department of Transport recommendations
