Requirements
- experienced in operating all woodworking machinery and battery operated hand tools
- experienced in reading, working with the manufacturing drawings from the start to finish
- skilled in the finishing stages of the manufacturing such as preparation of the surfaces before spray painting/lacquering - sanding etc
- assembly and disassembly of the furniture, packing and transport of the components for full installation at the client's premises
- cabinetmaking: 5 years
- furniture Installation: 5 years
- being able to calculate the materials, produce a cutting list and prepare all the elements necessary to commence the manufacturing to minimise the wastage
- experienced in cut to size/drilling/milling/biscuiting/edging and working with various materials such as MFC/MDF, veneering, other elements such as metal inlays/leather/fabric, LED lighting and similar other activities such as making precise scribing/plinths
