Responsibility
- ben’s Yard is a new artisan retail village on the outskirts of Ely
- the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, with full training provided
- founded by Alastair & Victoria Morbey, Ben’s Yard specialises in delivering an environment of wellbeing and mindfulness and is looking to recruit an Experienced Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience whatever the occasion
- the successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a proven track record of excellent service standards, excellent communication and organisational skills; a strong team player who will be able to demonstrate delivery of genuine team motivation and customer care along with use of determined initiative and self-awareness
- as a family owned and operated venture, we recognise the importance of family and personal time. The role offers a 40 hour contract almost entirely, but not exclusively, for daytime working with our standard operating hours between 7am and 7pm
