- attention to detail is key
- A good plant knowledge and the ability to advise clients and teach team members
- you will be required to maintain, developed and manage a number of prestigious gardens in our portfolio whilst supervising a team of talented gardeners
- duties - You will undertake a full range of horticultural practices including weeding, pruning, planting, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, elements of design, mulching, edging, tree care, garden renovation etc all to a high standard
- ideally you will have an RHS Level 2 certificate or higher
- you will have an ability to effectively manage, communicate and liaise. This role requires you to be organised and efficient
- responsibilities - You will be tasked with managing all of our gardens, setting up the team, planning their weekly work schedule , supervising, instructing and teaching any of the team placed to assist you
