  • you will be a team player with a passion for fresh food, local produce and high standards
  • we're looking for forward-thinking, creative and ambitious chefs who are familiar with modern cooking techniques and able to work independently at each kitchen station
  • as well as cooking for our restaurants, the hotel also has a strong conference and banqueting trade which is delivered with the same exacting standards and attention to detail
  • you will be joining a well-oiled team of experienced chefs, working in a multi-award winning kitchen, producing some of Great Yarmouth's best food, from 4 star hotel breakfasts, to 2 AA Rosette standard à la carte meals, and more informal dining options for The Terrace and bar
  • these are all-year-round positions, working 5 days per week including weekends and a mixture of split and straight shift work. Salary depending on experience. Relevant qualifications and experience in catering advantageous
