Requirements

  • at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management and technical support
  • solid understanding of server hardware and software systems, including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other server applications
  • experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Office 365 and Azure
  • knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • strong understanding of cybersecurity and best practices for IT security
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users and other members of the IT team
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve complex issues
  • driving License Required

Responsibility

  • provide 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting to end-users and other IT staff, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
  • monitor and maintain network performance and security, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and other network components
  • maintain and manage cloud-based technologies, such as Office 365 and Azure
  • collaborate with 2nd line IT technicians to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution
  • provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other IT staff, including training on new hardware and software systems
  • maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software inventory, network topology, and system configurations
  • identify and recommend improvements to IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability
  • manage and maintain server hardware and software systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other server applications
