Responsibility
- organise & plan all intake & outbound operations with relevant managers
- continually look to improve efficiencies within the Warehouse processes
- keep warehouse in tidy condition
- comply with H&S regulations
- to work closely with the Operations Manager
- manage warehouse staff & train where necessary
- stack and wrap pallets, stillages, and racking
- pick and pack lorries following a kit list
Contract type
- full time. Immediate start available
Requirements
- experience within a Warehouse supervisory role
- counterbalance forklift license would be preferable but not a necessity
- need to be open to working overtime and flexible hours to get the job done
- full clean UK driving licence and vehicle
- strong leadership skills and excellent management skills
- team player and highly effective communicator
- ability to take instructions, use initiative and communicate well with team mates and management
- ability to carry out physical work and lead by example
