Responsibility
- required to carry out a range of Reactive Works and Planned Preventative Maintenance type activities across the region
- attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times
- responsible for the safe use and maintenance of the Company’s vehicle, equipment and tooling
- demonstrate experience in diagnosis and fault finding
- to diagnose any remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required with Helpdesk/Surveyors
- carry out repairs and maintenance work to the homes and properties repaired and maintained by the Company in a multi-skilled environment whilst achieving high standards of customer care and satisfaction
- remove and take away any waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
- complete any written or electronic documentation and records including time monitoring to enable the accurate calculation of costs, salary and property information
Requirements
- ACS Core & Boilers certification
- previous experience working within Facilities Management/Reactive Maintenance. Willing to support other skillsets
- CCN1: Domestic core gas safety
- work on own initiative or as part of a team
- in order to be successful in this role previous experience in a Facilities, Reactive maintenance type role and with possible experience with a vulnerable customer base is desirable
- CENWAT: Domestic central heating/boilers/water heaters
- happy to work overtime when available
- CKR1: Domestic cookers
