Responsibility
- retain and develop and existing book of business, made up by Agricultural & Farm based risks
- inherit a book generating c£200k in income which is made up by a broad range of risks and industry sectors
- you will be working alongside the Managing Director

- utilise your insurance industry knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities to generate new business
- maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products and current sector conditions
- use relationship building skills to grow and retain a profitable book of business
- monitor and report on performance against agreed objectives
- enhance your networking skills to develop a sustainable pipeline of new business covering a wide range of commercial insurance products
- demonstrate your self-motivated and hard working nature to meet and exceed set income & retention targets
- work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary to meet client requirements

- drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the sales and retention process
- use your excellent communication and client handling abilities to ensure an outstanding client experience at all times
- work effectively as part of the Team - working with Account Handlers, Claims Handlers and other Account Executives to help achieve company goals

- A track record in retaining existing and placing new business in the commercial insurance industry, either as an Account Executive or Account Handler is essential
